Handpicked by award-winning Chef and Whisky Guru Colin, these cheeses and whiskies will showcase the best of each 5 whisky regions and then a showstopper pairing finale!

There are only 14 places available each month. The selection of cheeses and whiskies will be chosen to reflect seasonality and availability, no deviations due to allergies will be possible or substitutions permissible.
